REP: Recruiting Execution Process (REP): This is our 3-step evaluating process that will result in the customized solution that best serves your company's needs.
Research: Through personal interviews with the hiring managers and current TA/HR team we can gain insight and understanding of your organizations current recruiting programs, process and costs related to staffing.
Evaluate: We then evaluate the effectiveness of the current program and process. We do this by compiling all of the historical data related to your hiring results. We want to understand not only the process but the length of time it takes your company to find candidates and how long the entire hiring process for each candidate is.
Projections: We will study the evaluation results and the projected total headcount additions that your company requires to perform at its optimum best. Then by analyzing all of the information from our research and evaluation processes, we the solution that best suits your company will begin unfolding. We can then formulate a customized step by step talent acquisition strategy that will set you on the fast track to hiring results.
We can conduct the REP for your organization and create the recruiting process (complete with tools) that would best serve your needs to give you the ability to staff at the level you require. This assessment would come complete with suggestions for any tools that would enhance the candidate experience and your results. Most times this process can be completed in 5 business days.
Part of your solution may include reference check or assessment tools. We can get these options automated for you so that it is a seamless part of your process ensuring higher retention rates and a quicker hiring process. We create the comprehensive process and implement the updated tools with your existing team.
However, our role does not end there. Transition Team takes a vested interested in your success. We will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your chosen strategy at 30/60/90-day increments. We will monitor your results and If necessary, assist with modifications to the strategy at no additional cost.
